Delivery
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
Please note that all prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping rates
- Standard delivery within the Netherlands: €7.50
- International delivery: €15
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kath-a-Porter cannot be held liable for any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Returns
Please note that Kath-a-Porter offers a curated selection of vintage, pre-loved and upcycled items. Some pieces may therefore show minor signs of wear, small imperfections or unique characteristics consistent with their age, previous life and, where applicable, their upcycled nature.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact form or by email, stating your order number and the item you wish to return.
After notifying us of your return, you must send the item back within 14 days.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered after delivery.
- If reasonably possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item. In any case, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To help reduce unnecessary returns, we kindly ask you to review all item descriptions, measurements and images carefully before placing your order.
